We collect almost nothing, and we sell none of it.
Notice under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 · Last updated 11 June 2026
Who we are
The data fiduciary
Ainrion is the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this notice. For any question about how your data is processed, the authorised contact is info@ainrion.com — quoted here and in every reply we send you.
What we collect
Exactly these items, nothing more
- Your name (contact form)
- Your phone or WhatsApp number (contact form)
- Your business name — optional (contact form)
- Your enquiry message (contact form)
- A budget range — optional (contact form)
- The service you were reading about, if you arrived from a service page
- Basic technical logs (IP address, timestamp) kept for security
Why we collect it
One purpose: answering you
We use your contact details and message to respond to your enquiry and to schedule the discovery call you asked for — the service this enables is the provision of our AI consulting and development work. Security logs exist to keep the site safe.
That is the whole list. You give us this data voluntarily when you submit the form, and we process it only for the purpose you gave it for, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 permits. No marketing lists, no profiling, no advertising, no tracking cookies, and nothing you share trains anyone's AI model. If we ever want to use your data for anything else, we will ask for your separate, explicit consent first.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, nomination
Under the Act you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been processed; ask us to correct, complete, or update it; ask us to erase it; and nominate another person to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
To exercise any of these, email info@ainrion.com or message us on WhatsApp from the number you used in the form — that is all the identification we need. Stopping is as easy as starting: tell us to stop, and we stop and erase within seven days, unless a law requires us to keep something.
Retention
We don't hoard
Enquiry records are erased within 24 months of our last contact with you, or within seven days of your erasure request — whichever comes first. If you become a client, engagement records are kept as the contract and applicable law require.
Grievances
A published path, with a clock
If you believe we've mishandled your data, email info@ainrion.com with the subject line “Grievance”. We will acknowledge it and respond within 15 working days — well inside the 90-day outer limit the DPDP Rules set.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Data Protection Board of India, which accepts and hears complaints digitally.
Security & breaches
Safeguards, and honesty if they fail
Data moves over encrypted connections, access is restricted to the people who answer enquiries, and security logs are retained as the Rules require. If a breach ever affects your personal data, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as the Act prescribes — promptly, in plain language, with what happened and what we are doing about it.
The fine grain
Children, borders, languages
Our services are for businesses; this site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly process children's data, track anyone, or target advertising.
Our infrastructure providers may process data outside India, as the Act's transfer rules currently permit.
This notice is published in English. If you would like its contents in any of the languages of the Eighth Schedule to the Constitution, write to info@ainrion.com and we will provide it.
