Discovery calls are free and carry no obligation on either side. Any information you share during one is treated as confidential.

Client engagements are governed by the master services agreement signed at project start, which covers intellectual property, confidentiality, data handling and payment terms. For a copy of our standard agreement, write to info@ainrion.com.

Personal data shared through this site is handled as described in our privacy notice, which is written to meet the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules — including your rights of access, correction, erasure and nomination, and a grievance channel we answer within 15 working days. In client engagements where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as a data processor under written contract, with security safeguards and erasure obligations flowing through to us.

These terms and any dispute arising from the use of this site are governed by the laws of India. Grievances about data handling follow the process in the privacy notice; unresolved grievances may be escalated to the Data Protection Board of India.
